Method

Put the must, the olive oil, the sugar, the cinnamon and the clove into a big bowl.

Dissolve the baking soda in the cognac and add it to the mixture.

Whisk until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Sift the flour, add baking powder and slowly, add it into the bowl with the other ingredients. Knead until the dough is soft and non-sticky.

Roll small portions of the dough between hands and put them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 170 degrees (preferably fan) for 40΄until it is slightly puffed and evenly brown.

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1.5 teaspoon cinnamon

1.5 teaspoon clove

1/2 cup cognac

1.5 kg flour (more or less)
