Method

Mix all the ingredients and knead well.

Roll pieces of the mixture between hands to make meatballs, flour the meatballs and deep fry.

Since only pork mince is used, it may happen that during frying the meatballs lose their round shape. 

Ingredients

1 kg pork mince, chopped and minced with a knife

1/2 kg bread soaked in water and squeezed

1 grated onion

2 eggs

salt 

pepper  

oregano 

savory

seed oil (for frying)

flour (for flouring the meatballs)
