Let the chickpeas soak in water from the previous day.
The next day rinse them.
Boil and peel the potatoes.
Cut the onions.
Put all ingredients in a blender (chickpeas, potatoes, onions, seasonings, salt and pepper) and mix them.
If soggy, add potato or flour.
Roll the mixture between hands in chickpeas balls, flour and fry in warm (not hot) oil.
1 kg chickpeas
1/2 kg potatoes
1/2 kg onions
1/2 bunch of parsley, dill, marjoram, mint
flour and oil for frying
