Scorch the greens (put in boiling water for a few minutes) or wash and strain well. Mix in a bowl with the herbs, onion, rice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Spread the pastry sheet on a greasy baking tray, in a way that its walls are covered. Pour the greens mix over and add lemon juice. Fold the pastry sheet towards the inside. Then cover the pie with another sheet, carve it and add some oil on the top. Preheat the oven in 200 °C and bake for 1 hour.

  • Lots of different green (spinach, poppy plant, etc.)
  • 1 glass of olive oil
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • fresh onion
  • small amount of rice
  • diff
  • mint
  • salt and pepper
Form the pastry:
  • 1 glass of olive oil
  • ¾ of a cup flour
  • warm water
  • salt

Mix oil with flower. Slowly add water. Until it becomes a hard paste.
knead until it bubbles. A thin pastry sheet can now be made.
