To begin with, we finely chop the onion and the scallions and we cut the pork in little cubes.
Then we brown the onions and the pork and we douse with the wine. After a while, we add warm water until the meat is covered and we let it boil. We chop the cabbage and the celery and we put them in boiling water for a few minutes. Then we drain the water and add the tomato to it after we grate it. When the meat is nearly cooked, we add those to the pot as well. Lastly, we whisk the eggs with the lemon and we add it slowly to the pan.
