Method

Turn the dakos in crumbs, soak them in olive oil and ouzo add anise and mix. Lay the mixture in a baking pan. Put fresh tomato on top of this layer and add some olive oil and salt. Add fava and the arugula dressing (prepared in a blender) and some dry onion.
