Put the grape must on the hotplate and keep removing the foam. Let it boil for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool. Split in two, put one half into a cooking pot and keep it warm on the hotplate.
In a bowl add flour and carefully add slowly the grape must stirring to form a pulp.
Add the pulp into the warm grape must and stir until it thickens.
Pour the moustalevria into little bowls and garnish with sesame and cinnamon, adding half of a walnut or an almond...

50gr walnuts or almonds
Tip: For every dosage put 5 parts of grape must and 1 part of flour.
