Remove the skin and the seeds of the watermelon. Cut it in small pieces.
Put it in a colander and press it until it drains.
The quantity needed is 6 cups of drained watermelon flesh.
Pour the flesh in a bowl; add flour, honey, sugar and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Spread half of the olive oil on the surface of a baking tray.
Sprinkle with half of the sesame.
Pour the mixture into the baking tray, spread carefully, dress with the rest of the olive oil and sprinkle with the rest of the sesame.
Bake the watermelon pie in preheated oven, in convection mode at 175 degrees until brown.
Once baked, let it cool for 5 minutes, cut in pieces and serve.


Ingredients for a medium size baking tray:
half watermelon
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ to ¾ cup sugar
2 tablespoons honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon

2/3 cup olive oil
plenty of sesame (almost 1 cup)
